2017년 5월 말 현재 침술 면허제도가 없는 주는 3개이다.
As of the end of May 2017, there are three states without a licensing system for acupuncture.

주 : 주의 규칙에 따라 일정 기간마다 평생교육을 받고 면허를 갱신하지 않으면 면허는 무효가 된다.
